Meditation in Motion: Flow, Stretch, and Chill
Move with your breath and discover your flow in this embodied practice of mindful movement and breath awareness. Rooted in the Kripalu yoga tradition, this class encourages a compassionate connection between body, mind, and breath while inviting self-discovery and presence. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, offering space to honor your individual needs and modify as needed. Through gentle yet energizing movement, you will release tension, restore balance, and leave feeling revitalized, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
This class is for anyone 18+. While not a beginner class it is modifiable and encourages people to honor their experience. Bring your own yoga mat!

*Sunday Sessions - The weekends of class on 10/4 & 10/11 are skipped. Please be advised. Classes will resume on 10/25.

About The Instructor: Jennifer discovered yoga at the age of 18, drawn to it not only as a physical practice but also as a spiritual journey. Over the decades, she has explored various styles, with a primary focus on Kripalu yoga. As a young mother, she experienced firsthand yoga’s profound ability to calm the mind and support emotional well-being, helping her navigate anxiety and depression. In 2020, at the start of the pandemic, Jennifer once again turned to yoga for solace and stability, finding inspiration through Yoga with Adriene. This sparked a dedicated daily home practice that she continues to this day. In February 2025, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu, deepening her commitment to sharing yoga’s benefits with others. Jennifer’s teaching philosophy centers on making yoga accessible to all. She guides students in cultivating mindful awareness through asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), helping them connect body and mind in a meaningful way. Her classes create a welcoming space for students of all levels to experience the transformative power of yoga. In March of 2026 Jennifer returned to Kripalu for additional training in Kripalu Vinyasa.
