Unwind, energize, and reconnect with your body through our Evening Vinyasa Yoga Flow, offered twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 PM. This dynamic, breath-linked practice is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
Classes will take place in the upstairs Fitz Media Center - a cozy, carpeted space that offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for movement and mindfulness. Each session features a thoughtfully sequenced flow suitable for adults of all experience levels, with options and modifications provided to support individual needs.
This program runs from early March through the end of May 2026, making it a perfect way to establish a consistent movement routine as the seasons change. Open to adults ages 18 and up, this class invites participants to move with intention, reduce stress, and end the day feeling refreshed and grounded.
About The Instructor - In Her Words!
Community-Centered & Heart-Led Yoga Instructor
Kaitlyn Walmsley
Yoga, to me, is about connection—to breath, to body, and to community. I began practicing yoga over 10 years ago as a way to manage anxiety and the everyday stress of life. What started as a personal coping tool quickly became something much deeper. I fell in love with the way yoga creates space for calm, self-awareness, and healing, both on and off the mat.
I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, trained through personal practice and Yoga Renew and registered with Yoga Alliance. My teaching emphasizes mindfulness, authenticity, and creating a sense of belonging. My classes are approachable and thoughtfully sequenced, blending gentle flow with moments of stillness and reflection to support nervous system regulation, self-care, and overall well-being. I welcome students of all backgrounds and experience levels and strive to create a space where everyone can show up exactly as they are—feeling supported, seen, and encouraged. My intention is to offer yoga as an accessible outlet for those navigating stress, anxiety, or life transitions, as well as for anyone seeking a restorative form of self-care. I live locally in Pepperell, where classes are held, and I am deeply committed to supporting the wellness of my community through inclusive, heart-led yoga.
