As winter melts into spring, this time of year invites us to breathe and gently realign with what we’re ready to cultivate in the season ahead.
Join us for a guided mindfulness meditation designed to help you shake off the heaviness of winter and step into a lighter, more intentional version of yourself.
In this session we will focus on:
- Grounding breathing techniques
- Reconnecting with ourselves through a guided meditation
- Journaling to set intentions for Spring
- Gentle movement to bring our attention to the physical body
This session is open to all experience levels. Please bring your own journal for recording how you feel at the end of the session.
There will also be time at the end for questions and optional group sharing.
About the Instructor:
Anabel Tonkovic is a Quantum Reiki Master, astrologer, and founder of Nuna Therapy. She supports individuals in regulating their nervous systems, reconnecting with their inner rhythm, and cultivating clarity through energy healing, meditation, and intuitive guidance.
With a background in corporate, Anabel brings a grounded, practical approach to spiritual work. She studied at the Debra Silverman Applied Astrology School and is also a certified breath coach, life coach, and meditation coach.
Anabel lives in Pepperell, Massachusetts on the Medicine Wheel farm with her family, where nature, seasonal cycles, and intentional living inform the meditations and teachings she shares.
