Lego League: Unearthed (ages 9-14) Register View Cart

LL, Fall 2025
FIRST® LEGO® League gives kids ages 9–14 the chance to dive into STEM through hands-on learning, teamwork, and fun challenges. Students work together to research problems, design solutions, and build and code a LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime robot to complete missions. Along the way, they learn problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration as they test ideas, make improvements, and share what they’ve discovered.

This season’s theme, UNEARTHED™, invites kids to uncover hidden treasures, artifacts, and stories while exploring science and history in exciting new ways.

Through the competition, kids are judged not just on their robot’s design and performance but also on their innovation project and how well they demonstrate teamwork, inclusion, and creativity. Every team member receives a team shirt, a trip to the Peabody Museum, and the chance to compete in qualifier tournaments, with the potential to advance to the state championship.

It’s the perfect program for kids who love building, coding, solving problems, or exploring archaeology. A younger, less competitive version will also be available starting in January.

Class details to keep in mind:
In addition to Saturday sessions, we will pick a weekday evening to have bonus sessions so that those with the extra time can work on the robot missions (optional participation).

Qualifier competitions will be the weekends of Nov 22 & 23, and Dec 6 & 7 (our team will not find out which one we are going to until late October) with State Championship on December 13th (if the team qualifies to go).
