Lego league 2025
In First Lego League's Explore Challenge, children will take their background knowledge of STEM and put it into practice as they work in teams to design and build robots using LEGO@ Education SPIKE Essential. 

The theme this year is "SUBMERGED" and the final lego build will include an exploration station, artificial habitat for ocean creatures and a creature that the students decide to learn about.  The children will learn Core values such as Discovery, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork, Impact and FUN!  

The children will design and code a program to automate a submarine to detect colored objects and a spin propeller to either back away or move closer to the object based on its  color.  

They will add wheels to the submarine and program it to drive!  They will work as a team to create a new ocean species, it's habitat, and learn about real ocean jobs.

The class will culminate with a festival that will bring lego enthusiasts from all over to share their creations!
