"Harvest & Homemade" Autumn Artisan Fair • Register • View Cart •

This is the vendor sign up for our First Annual Autumn Artisan Fair! Our Spring Fling Artisan Fair was such a success we've decided to bring it back for Fall! Some of the vendors from Spring said it was the best event they had to date! Approx 200 people attended in Spring.

Sunday, November 9
10am-3pm

Vendor set up 8-10am
Clean up 3-4pm

Limited Spots available. Waiting list for any sign ups beyond that.
Double spots available.

Sign up requires answers in the form that will pop up when you sign up for the "activity" to have a booth at the fair. Please note if
  • You require any specific accommodations
  • Have a special activity for visitors (scavenger hunt, samples, etc)
  • If you'd like to provide an item for our raffle basket, please let us know
Spaces available for $35 per table.

To pay via charge for a small fee, you can register through this application (MyRec).
To pay by cash, you can select the pre-registration option. Make a check out to The Fitzpatrick Collaborative and mail or bring in to:

Separate sign up for double tables spaces, limited availability. Main Auditorium spaces to be assigned by the Fitz and spaces in the Auditorium are limited and on a first come first serve basis. Additional Community Room spaces available. If the response to vendor booth quests exceeds expectations, additional spots upstairs will be made available. Signage directing visitors to Community Rooms and (potential) upstairs spots will be provided.

Vendors are responsible for set up, booth management, and clean up. Vendors will abide by the Fitz Code of Conduct (provided in form). 6 ft tables and two chairs provided, upon request.

This is a family friendly event.
